Marriott Cancun, An All-Inclusive Resort

The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, allowing us to check in early and helping us with our luggage. The hotel was clean, with hand sanitizer readily available and mask-wearing enforced. The food at the restaurants was delicious, but make sure to make reservations beforehand. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with modern bathrooms and comfortable beds. The premium ocean view room had stunning views of the sea and sunset. The beach facilities were convenient and the pool was great. it was a great value for the money and had a mix of clientele, making it lively yet relaxing.

Felt really comfortable, nothing to complain about.

Big structure... a little impersonal like everywhere else in Cancun... a bit old but it gives a bit of charm !

No restaurant to dine out on the beach side, we had booked a room for 4 and kids slept on a terrible sofa bed.

The location of the hotel is great, with many local attractions down the beach and nearby shopping options right off the beach. The room was in a poor condition, with walls and bathroom looking very worn and beaten up. However, the hotel facilities are amazing, with an excellent pool and jacuzzi and friendly staff. It's really a shame that such a great facility is let down by subpar rooms.

The housekeeping service could use improvement, as service was inconsistent and we never had a turn down service during our stay.

We left in early May 2019. The hotel was almost empty, there is a private beach just a few steps from the pool. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The hotel is beautiful, there is a bus station just outside the hotel which allows you to reach the points of activities to do. I am used to do a lot of 4/5 star trips and this one is top. I highly recommend

There was a lot of algae on the sea shore. It was not always easy to swim. Apart from that, nothing to say, it was great.

The staff at this hotel was amazing. They were friendly, attentive, and were great too make sure we had a great stay. The service was perfect and they anticipated our needs without us having to ask. Plus, the beach at this hotel was fine. We loved spending our days lounging on the pristine sand and swimming in the crystal-clear water. It was the perfect spot to relax and soak up the sun.

The beach access was easy and the beach itself was gorgeous. The Thai food restaurant was excellent and the pool food was also delicious. The personnel at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful.

Excellent location near shopping and nightlife. Beach and pool within the hotel. Customer service is superb. Safe area with convenient transportation. Food options are available but recommend exploring outside for better options. Perfect for solo trips.

We had an amazing time at this beachside resort! The location was perfect, right on the beach, with stunning views of the ocean from our room. The breakfast at the Argentinian restaurant was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. We also took advantage of the airport shuttle, which was convenient and hassle-free.

The only downside was that the nightlife was a bit far from the resort.

We stayed at Marriott Resort for a week-long vacation and it was truly fantastic. The hotel's location was perfect, right on a beautiful stretch of beach. The traditional style of the hotel gave it a unique and charming ambiance. The cleanliness of the rooms and the entire property was impeccable. The housekeeping staff was attentive and friendly. The bartenders at the lobby bar were skilled and made delicious cocktails. The pool attendants were always available and kept the pool area spotless. And the view from our room, especially from the small terrace, was breathtaking.

The service at Marriott was really good. Elena in the spa provided an amazing massage and facial, making me feel pampered. The servers at La Capilla were attentive and called me by name, ensuring a personalized dining experience. I highly recommend this hotel.

I had an amazing time at this hotel. The location is perfect, right on a beautiful beach with crystal clear water. The service was exceptional, especially from the front desk receptionists who spoke great English and were very helpful. From check-in to check-out, the staff made my stay enjoyable. The room had great amenities like air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a balcony. The food at the Mexican restaurant by the beach was delicious. The leisure facilities like the spa & wellness centre, swimming pool and jacuzzi were very relaxing. The Wi-Fi worked great and the game room was a lot of fun.

I was impressed by the cleanliness and excellent facilities of this hotel. Hotel staff were always available to assist me, and the breakfast in the Argentinian restaurant was delicious. Although the location was not near the nightlife or shopping areas, it was in a more authentic Mexican neighbourhood. Hotel staff were helpful with transportation, and parking was available.
